An item in My Order is missing

Occasionally we will not have all the items you have ordered available in our warehouse, so these may be sourced from our store and delivered separately.

When this happens, your order will arrive in more than one parcel.

These parcels can be delivered at different times if they are sorted separately. Most separated orders will be delivered within 24 hours of each other, but please allow a little longer over busy periods.

If you do have an item missing from your order, or an incorrect product or size has been received, please contact us, with the information on the missing item, including your order number and email address.

Be sure to keep your outer packaging as we will require images of this too.

Please note, missing items must be reported to us as soon as the parcel is opened.
