My Order is showing as delivered but I have not received it

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order.

On occasion, our delivery partner may have left an order with a neighbour or a safe location at your delivery address.

Please ensure you have done the following:

  1. Checked with others in your household or your immediate neighbours, as they may have accepted this on your behalf if you were not in at the time of delivery.
  2. Taken a look around your property in any sheds, outbuildings, or safe places where the courier may have left your parcel for you.

If you still can’t find your parcel, please contact us with your order information including your order number, email, and delivery address.

All our orders are tracked, and we will be able to raise an investigation with the chosen courier to check the exact location of delivery to help you find your order.
