Can I return an in-store purchase by post?

Return An In-Store Purchase via Post (ROI ONLY)

Items bought in-store may be returned within 28 days. Please note merchandise must be accompanied by an original receipt.

• Step 1 Please package your purchase in a securely sealed carton with secure tape.
• Step 2 Insert your receipt along with your contact number, please contact our customer service team below to advise of your return. 
• Step 3 Go to the An Post website and follow the simple instructions here.
• Step 4 Under the Retailer selection box, please select ‘Arnotts’ to ensure a fast refund. Please note, if you are returning an item bought in-store,  you should select the 'Arnotts Electrical' option.
• Step 5 You will have the option to either print a returns label or schedule a pickup where the label will be provided by An Post upon collection.
• Step 6 You will receive a phone call from us upon receipt of your package to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us.
