We offer customers the option to purchase physical gift cards and eGift cards.
The recipient of the eGift card will receive an email with eGift card with barcode attached as PDF and the option to download to their wallet
eGift cards can be sent to the recipient as fast as within the hour, or scheduled for a specified delivery date. The maximum eGift card order value is €500 and they have no expiry date.
Customers can spend their eGift Cards across both Brown Thomas and Arnotts online and in-stores, as is the case now with with physical gift cards.
