Why was my order not fulfilled?

We strive to ensure that all items in your order are available and processed promptly. However, occasionally items become unavailable due to various reasons, including items being picked directly from our stores. We apologise if you receive an order confirmation followed by a notification that an item is unavailable. In such cases, we will still send any remaining items in your order and adjust the total cost accordingly.

Reasons Why Your Order May Not Be Fulfilled

Your order may be unable to be fulfilled due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • One or more products in your order are unavailable.
  • We were unable to process payment, or your chosen payment method was unsuccessful.
  • An error was identified in pricing or product description.
  • There was a system or procurement failure, or failed customer validation checks.
  • You did not meet our order eligibility criteria or failed to comply with our terms.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, our customer service team will reach out to you as soon as possible to inform you of the issue and provide further assistance.

We reserve the right to not fulfil orders if they may contravene applicable laws, including international sanctions. By placing an order, you agree that:

  1. You will not export or transport any products to Russia.
  2. You will not make the products available for use in Russia.
  3. You are not a person connected with Russia, such as someone located in or ordinarily resident in Russia.
