Why can’t I find or view my order?

If you're having trouble locating your order in your account or didn’t receive a confirmation email, here are some steps to help you find your order details.

Steps to Locate Your Order

  1. Check Your Account’s ‘My Orders’ Section

    • Ensure that you’re logged into the correct account that was used to place the order. Go to the ‘My Orders’ section to view your recent purchases.
  2. Guest Orders

    • If you placed your order as a guest, it will not appear in the ‘My Orders’ section. You should still have received a confirmation email with your order details. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from us.
  3. Confirm Email Address

    • Ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct. Sometimes, a small typo can prevent the confirmation email from reaching your inbox.
  4. Still Can’t Find It?
