Can I change the delivery method for my order?

Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed to ensure timely dispatch. This means that we are unable to change the delivery method, update the delivery address, or make any other modifications to the order. Here’s what you can do if you need to adjust your delivery preferences:

Alternative Options if Changes Are Needed

  1. Request a Cancellation

    • If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation. This will allow you to place a new order with the preferred delivery method.

  2. Place a New Order
