Once an order is confirmed, it begins processing immediately to ensure timely dispatch. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to amend the order, change quantities, or add additional items. However, if you need to make changes, here’s what you can do:

- If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation. This will allow you to place a new order with the correct items or quantities.
