4. You will be directed to the courier’s tracking page, where you can see real-time updates on your delivery.

What if I don’t have an account?

If you placed an order as a guest, you can track your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What if my tracking information isn’t available?

It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has shipped. If your order was dispatched recently, please check again later. Should you still not see any updates, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, it could be due to several reasons, including:

• Busy periods such as sales or public holidays
• Unforeseen events like extreme weather conditions

• Premium Express: 1-3 business days, £8.00 DPD 

Large & Medium Items

• Medium Items: Up to 5 working days, €20 (ROI)
• Large Items: Up to 7 working days, €24.99 (ROI) / £50.00 (NI)
• Furniture: Delivery times vary by product, starting at €50 (ROI) / £50 (NI)
