Can I make changes to my bespoke furniture order?

Changes to your bespoke order can be made within 7 days of placing the initial order. We understand that preferences may evolve during this period. However, it's important to note that any cancellations or amendments made after this 7-day period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, subsequent orders or modifications may require an additional deposit, following our payment terms. In the unlikely event that your order is unavailable from our supplier, you will be notified by us. If a suitable alternative product cannot be agreed on, your deposit will be returned to you in full.
