Yes — you can include a personalised gift message when selecting Signature Gift Wrap at checkout or when ordering a physical gift card online.

How to add a gift message

You’ll be offered the option to include a message in two cases:

1. When choosing Signature Gift Wrap

• Add your items to the basket.

• At checkout, select Signature Gift Wrap (where available).

• You’ll be prompted to enter your personalised gift message.

2. When purchasing a physical gift card

• Add the gift card to your basket.

• During checkout, enter the message you’d like printed with the card.

No — when a gift message is added or gift wrap is selected:
