Can I Return Items I Purchased with a Gift Card?

You are welcome to return items purchased with an Arnotts Gift Card, and any refund will be processed back to the original Gift Card. Please note that our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all returns, including those made using a Gift Card.

1. Refunds to Gift Cards

• If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to that same Gift Card.

• If you no longer have the original Gift Card. We can assist with reissuing a replacement Gift Card containing the refunded balance.

2. Returning Items In-Store

• Arnotts purchases must be returned to an Arnotts store.

• Please bring the original Gift Card used for purchase. We can assist with reissuing a replacement Gift Card.

3. Online Returns

• For items purchased online, please use the appropriate returns process on arnotts.ie.

• If you’ve lost your original Gift Card, we can assist with reissuing a replacement Gift Card containing the refunded balance.

4. Important Information

• We recommend retaining your Gift Card in case you wish to return items in the future.

• Gift Cards do not expire – your balance will remain valid until fully used.

• Always ensure your return meets all conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy to allow for successful processing.
