How to Schedule a Parcel Pick-Up for online Returns

For customers with an online order within the Republic of Ireland, you can schedule a parcel pick-up for returns using An Post’s convenient return service. Please note that returns via An Post incur a fee of €4.95. Here’s how to arrange a pick-up for your return.

1. Republic of Ireland - An Post Pick-Up

To arrange a return follow these steps:

• Step 1 Insert item(s) in original packaging and secure tape.
• Step 2 Go to our Returns Portal and follow the simple instructions.
• Step 3 You will have the option to either print a returns label or schedule a pickup where the label will be provided by An Post upon collection.
• Step 4 You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us.

• Availing of the above service allows you to return a package up to 20kg at a preferential rate.

  Option 2. Return Items To Store

• Online purchases only can be returned to any Brown Thomas or Arnotts store within 21 days from when you received your order and be in a saleable condition along with the order confirmation email with the exclusion of the following brands which can only be returned to Brown Thomas Grafton Street: Christian Louboutin, Saint Laurent, Prada (bags and accessories), Jimmy Choo (shoes and accessories).

• Step 1 Pack your product carefully, preferably in the original box with the original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack to equivalent standards to ensure safe transit.
• Step 2 Go to DPD.ie/returns and follow the simple instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note, if you are returning an electrical item you should select the ‘Arnotts Electrical’ option. Fill out your details and print off the label and present the parcel at your local DPD drop off location. Your parcel will be returned to Brown Thomas Arnotts via the DPD network and you’ll have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.
• Please note items may take up to 14 days to reach us.

2. Important Reminders for Scheduling a Pick-Up

• Secure Packaging: To ensure the safe return of your items, pack them securely in their original packaging, if possible. Items should be protected to avoid damage during transit.
• Labelling: Verify that the return label is properly attached if printed. Accurate labelling helps prevent any delays in processing your return.
• Proof of Collection: Retain any proof of collection or tracking number provided by An Post. This will allow you to track the return status and serves as verification of the return.
