How do I track my order?
To track your order, use the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If you placed your order using an account, you can also view your order status in the ‘My Orders’ section of the Arnotts website or App.
This article will help if:

You’ve placed an order and want to check its delivery status

You haven’t received your tracking email

You’re unsure if your order has been dispatched
If you ordered using an account

Log in to your account at arnotts.ie or on the App

Go to ‘My Orders’

Select the relevant order

Click the tracking number to view real-time delivery updates from the courier
If you checked out as a guest

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

This email contains your tracking link

Click the link to track your delivery directly with the courier
When tracking becomes available
Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours after dispatch. If you’ve received a shipping confirmation but can’t see updates yet, please allow time for the delivery partner to scan and process your parcel.

If it’s been more than 48 hours since placing your order and you’ve received no updates, please contact us.
