When your order has been prepared for delivery, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. This means your order has been processed, but it may not yet have been collected by the delivery partner.
This article explains how to check whether your order has actually left our warehouse and what to expect next.
What the shipping email means

It confirms your order has been processed and packed

Your parcel may still be awaiting collection by the delivery partner

Tracking may not update immediately — it usually activates within 24 to 48 hours
How to check if your order has been dispatched
If you ordered using an account:

Log in to your account at arnotts.ie or in the App

Go to ‘My Orders’

Find the relevant order

If a tracking number is displayed, your parcel is either awaiting collection or already in transit

Click the link for the latest tracking updates
If you checked out as a guest:

Look for your shipping confirmation email

It includes a tracking link, which will activate once scanned by the courier

If the link doesn’t show updates right away, your parcel may still be waiting to be collected
When should I be concerned?
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping email for the tracking to go live. If it’s been more than 3 working days and there are still no updates, contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp and we’ll follow up directly with the delivery partner.
