How Do I Get a Return Label for My Order?

Returning your order is easy with a return label. Here’s how to get a return label for your online purchase, depending on your location.

Republic of Ireland
Return An Online Order Via Post
 

Step 1 Insert item(s) in original packaging and secure tape.

Step 2 Go to our Returns Portal and follow the simple instructions.

Step 3 You will have the option to either print a returns label or schedule a pickup where the label will be provided by An Post upon collection.

Step 4 You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us.

Availing of the above service allows you to return a package up to 20kg at a preferential rate.

Northern Ireland

Step 1 Fill out the Returns Form included with your order and enclose it with your products. Pack your product carefully, preferably in the original box with the original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack to equivalent standards to ensure safe transit.

Step 2 Go to dpd.ie/returns and follow the simple instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note, if you are returning an electrical item you should select the ‘Arnotts Electrical’ option. Fill out your details and print off the label and present the parcel at your local DPD drop off location. Your parcel will be returned to Brown Thomas Arnotts via the DPD network and you’ll have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.

Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us.

 

Returns from Outside the Island of Ireland

If you are returning an order from outside the island of Ireland:

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for selecting a shipping carrier and for any return costs or risks associated with the return.
• Packaging: Ensure that your items are packed securely, with proof of postage and tracking details to verify the return if needed.
