Returning your order is easy with a return label. Here’s how to get a return label for your online purchase, depending on your location.
1. Republic of Ireland Returns
To return an order via post within the Republic of Ireland, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Complete the order form included with your order by indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Place the completed form and item(s) in their original packaging and seal the package securely.
- Step 3: Visit An Post Returns and follow the instructions provided on the website.
- Step 4: Under the Retailer selection box, choose ‘Arnotts’ to ensure a fast refund. If you are returning an electrical item, select the 'Arnotts Electrical' option.
- Step 5: You can either print a return's label or schedule a pickup where the label will be provided by An Post upon collection.
- Step 6: You will receive a confirmation email from us once we receive your package and when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your items to reach us.
2. Northern Ireland Returns
For returns from Northern Ireland, follow these instructions:
- Step 1: Complete the Returns Form included with your order and include it with the item(s) you wish to return.
- Step 2: Pack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging. If this isn’t possible, pack it to equivalent standards to ensure safe transit.

Step 3: Go to DPD Returns and follow the simple instructions to generate a return label.
- Select the ‘Arnotts Electrical’ option if you are returning an electrical item.
- Step 4: Print the label and attach it to the package, then drop it off at your nearest DPD location.
- Tracking: You’ll have full tracking visibility throughout the delivery journey, so you can monitor the return process.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for your items to reach us.
3. Returns from Outside the Island of Ireland
If you are returning an order from outside the island of Ireland:
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for selecting a shipping carrier and for any return costs or risks associated with the return.
- Packaging: Ensure that your items are packed securely, with proof of postage and tracking details to verify the return if needed.
