How Will I Receive My Refund?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The exact process may vary depending on how you paid for your order. Here’s what you can expect based on each payment type:
1. Credit or Debit Card Purchases
- If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
2. Gift Card Purchases
- If you used a gift card to make your purchase, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same gift card.
- Lost Gift Card: If you no longer have the original gift card, please contact our Customer Service team. They can assist in reissuing the refunded amount to a new gift card.
3. Loyalty Points
- If you used loyalty points for part or all of your purchase, the refunded points will be credited back to your loyalty account.
- You can check your loyalty points balance by logging into your account on our website or in the Arnotts app.
4. Mixed Payment Methods (e.g., Credit Card + Gift Card)
- For purchases made using multiple payment methods, each component will be refunded to its original source:
- The amount paid by credit or debit card will be refunded to that card.
- The portion paid with a gift card will be credited back to the same gift card. Contact Customer Service if the original gift card is unavailable.
- Loyalty points used in the transaction will be restored to your loyalty account.
5. PayPal (if applicable)
- If you paid through PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. Processing times may vary, so please refer to PayPal’s refund policy for more details.
