What to Do If Your Encore Loyalty Card is Lost or Stolen

If you've lost your Encore Loyalty Card or believe it may have been stolen, don’t worry – we’re here to help. Follow these steps to get a new digital card and protect your points balance:
1. Report the Loss
As soon as you realise your card is missing, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Reporting the loss promptly helps us deactivate the missing card and prevent unauthorised use of your points.
2. Requesting a Digital Replacement Card
We no longer issue physical loyalty cards. Once you inform us of your lost or stolen card, we will reissue a new digital card, which you can access in the Arnotts app. This digital card will link directly to your existing loyalty account, ensuring your points balance remains unaffected.
3. Accessing Your Digital Loyalty Card
Once reissued, you can view your digital Loyalty Card in the Arnotts app:
- Open the app and go to "My Account."
- Select "My Loyalty" to access your card details.
4. Monitoring Your Points Balance
We recommend regularly checking your points balance to ensure accuracy. You can do this:
- In-store: Ask a staff member at any till.
- Online: Log into your account on our website and select "My Loyalty."
- App: Check "My Loyalty" under "My Account."
