How to Add a Receipt to Your Encore Loyalty Account

If you forgot to use your Encore Loyalty Card at the time of a recent purchase, you can still add those points to your loyalty account by submitting the purchase details and receipt within 14 days. Follow the instructions below carefully to ensure points are added without delays.

1. Prepare 

Before submitting your receipt, please gather the following items to ensure all required information is captured:

  • Image of Encore Loyalty Card:

    • Take a clear, high-quality photo of your Encore Loyalty Card.
    • Ensure that the entire card is visible in the image, with the card number fully readable.
  • Image of the Purchase Receipt:

    • Capture a full, unaltered image of the purchase receipt.
    • Ensure all transaction details, including date, time, items purchased, and total amount, are clearly visible.
    • Focus on including the bottom section of the receipt, as this often contains essential details that help our team validate the transaction.

2. Submit Through the Web Form

Please submit the images of your Encore Loyalty Card and receipt through our designated web form. 

  • Access the Web Form:

    • Click the link to the web form here.
    • Fill out all required fields in the web form carefully, including your name, email address, and loyalty account details.
    • Attach the images of your card and receipt as prompted.
  • Review and Submit:

    • Double-check that all required information has been entered correctly, and that the images are clear and legible.
    • Submit the form, and a confirmation message will appear on-screen. You should also receive an email confirming receipt of your submission.

3. Processing Time for Retrospective Points

Once your request has been submitted, it will be processed within 30 days. During this time, our team will review your submission to ensure all details are complete and accurate.

  • If Points Are Not Applied:
    • If the points do not appear on your account within 30 days, please contact Customer Service to check on the status of your submission. Our Customer Service team can provide further assistance to resolve any issues and ensure the points are added if eligible.

To avoid delays and ensure your points are credited promptly, please review the following details carefully:

  • Timeframe for Submission:

    • Receipts must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this timeframe, we will not be able to apply points retrospectively, so please ensure your receipt is submitted promptly.
  • Eligible Purchases:

    • Not all purchases are eligible for Encore Loyalty points. Excluded items include:
      • Gift cards
      • Alcoholic beverages
      • Certain restricted items under the loyalty programme
    • If your purchase contains any of these items, points will only be applied to qualifying items on the receipt.
  • Image Quality Requirements:

    • To ensure your submission is processed efficiently, verify that all details on both your card and receipt images are clearly visible. Blurry or incomplete images may result in delays or rejection of your request.
