As an Encore Loyalty member, you can earn points on your purchases at Brown Thomas, BT2, and Arnotts, both online and in-store. Here’s a breakdown of how to earn points and maximise your rewards:

1. Earning Standard Points

• Earn 1 point for every €1 (£1) spent on qualifying purchases. Points are awarded automatically when you use your digital loyalty card in the Arnotts app or ensure your loyalty account is linked to your online purchases.

2. Birthday Points

• To celebrate your birthday, we offer triple points on all eligible purchases made within a 15-day period around your birthday:

  • 7 days before your birthday
  • On your birthday
  • 7 days after your birthday

• Make sure your date of birth is recorded in your loyalty account to qualify.

3. Sustainable Edit Purchases

• When you shop from our Sustainable Edit collection, you’ll earn double points. This applies to both in-store and online purchases and is part of our commitment to sustainable shopping options.

4. Platinum Tier Benefits

• Members who reach the Platinum tier by spending over €5000 (£5000) annually enjoy an additional benefit:
