How to Check Your Encore Loyalty Points Balance

Keeping track of your Encore Loyalty Points is simple, and there are multiple ways to check your balance. Here’s how:

1. Via the Arnotts App

Open the Arnotts app on your device.
Go to "My Account" and select "My Loyalty."
Here, you can view your current points balance and see any recent points' activity.

2. Online through Your Account

Log into your account on our website.
Navigate to the "My Loyalty" section to view your points balance and transaction history.

3. In-Store

If you’re visiting one of our stores, you can check your points balance by asking a staff member at any till point. They will be able to access your loyalty information and provide your current points total.

Additional Notes

Encore Loyalty Points are earned on qualifying purchases only. Points from recent purchases may take some time to appear in your balance, depending on the transaction type.
Birthday Bonus Points: If you’ve recently had a birthday, your triple points bonus may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
