1. Birthday Points Eligibility
- To qualify for Birthday Points, please ensure that your date of birth is recorded in your loyalty account.
2. When Are Birthday Points Awarded?
- Birthday Points are awarded on all eligible purchases made within a 15-day period surrounding your birthday. This includes:
- 7 days before your birthday
- Your birthday itself
- 7 days after your birthday
3. Triple Points Benefit
- During this 15-day window, you will earn triple points on all qualifying purchases. This is our way of celebrating your special day and giving you more rewards for shopping with us.
4. Processing Time for Birthday Points
- Birthday Points may take up to 30 days to appear in your account after your purchase. If you do not see the points after this time, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
